“ My husband & I had a dazzling 3rd anniversary dinner date here last night. We were ecstatic to be seated at an outdoor table with a beautiful view of Portland: the weather was fantastic, the flowers, plant life & patio decor was very aesthetic. I'm glad I saved my appetite so I could mow down the spread of food we ordered: from the pork croquettes to the tenderloin, lamb, chocolate brownie dessert & macaroni, we were incredibly pleased with the quality of the dishes, as well as the attentive, friendly & fast service our server provided us with. We loved all of the art inside & outside of the premises. I already am planning my next visit, thanks for making our date night magical! ”
“ Made day-of reservations for a weeknight for a mini personal celebration, and my experience exceeded expectations. I had heard that the patio here at Noble Rot was great, but I was curious about the rest of the restaurant. :) Turns out it was great. The bar/dining room has a warm intimate vibe, and the service was stellar. Attentive but not overbearing. The drinks were tasty (not that strong), and the food was delicious. The pork shoulder was so flavorful and the hangar steak was perfectly prepared. The fruit crisp a la mode was also scrumptious. I would love to come back to try more seasonal dishes! ”
“ Excellent choice for wine and dinner. They have many flight options. Loved the vibe, especially the beautiful sunset. I would love to get seated on their outdoor patio on my next visit. Reservation strongly recommended. ”
“ We've been coming here since they moved to the Burnside location back in 2009. Noble Rot is one of a handful of restaurants we always return to because it's so unique and such a comfortable space to have just a glass of wine and a salad or a three course meal. The service and food is consistently great, and the wine list has a broad selection but not overwhelming. ”
“ Had a wonderful sunset dinner at the rooftop restaurant. I'm so glad I trusted my gut and tried something new. I ordered the chickpea panisse with squash, which is not something I usually choose since I rarely opt for vegetarian dishes, but it seemed appealing. It was absolutely fresh and delicious—possibly the best vegetarian dish I've ever had! I'm going to try to recreate it at home since I live out of town. My husband had the mac and cheese, which was the perfect combination of creamy and crunchy. We had a wonderful waitress who made perfect recommendations on the menu and things to do while visiting. ”
“ Noble Rot in Portland, Oregon, is a rooftop vibe in the heart of a cute, vibrant neighborhood. With both open-air rooftop seating and cozy indoor options. We opted for the cheeseboard and all the salads, and the freshness of the ingredients was undeniable—I'm convinced the lettuce was picked today! The salads were crisp and satisfying. The buzzing energy of the place added to the fun. Noble Rot is definitely a spot to return to! ”
“ Braised short ribs were wonderful. Duck was tastiest I have tried. Cocktails were grand, service was wonderful! ”
“ Where do I start. I should say the food is so good. I completely forgot to take photos. We had the pickle dish to start along with the baguette and herb butter which was delicious. My husband had a burger, He said it was amazing, I had their soup of the day which was a parsnip apple delicious cold soup. The staff were lovely very attentive and very kind. The restaurant was beautiful. Atmosphere was perfect. 10 out of 10 would recommend ”
